Ever since updating from the 2.X.X builds to 3.X.X I've been experiencing extreme streaming issues. Turns out that Action! is streaming with 8 B-frames, which is not supported on Twitch. It fluctuates, though, one stream it could be 8, the next 12, even 20. I found this out because I streamed with Restream and it usually gives me a technical report of my stream, saying my B-Frames were extremely high at 8+.
I have an Intel i7-4720HQ downclocked to 3.0 GHz, GTX 965m overclocked to 1364 MHz on the core, 24 GB of RAM. GPU Driver 419.17
BenQ GW2765HT 1440p @ 73Hz and Laptop Display 1080p @ 100Hz
I had this problem before but was random at times and just started happening more ever since updating to 3.X. The issue remains will all versions in 3.X. In 2.X there was a setting that, when ticked, would cause the encoder to set the B-Frame count to an insane number that was not 2 but when unticked it would set it back to 2. I do not remember what this setting was but thought it'd be important.
Action! has the most optimized encoder I've ever worked with, something every other competitor can't achieve. Allowing me to stream in 1440p60 with my GPU when another application would only be able to stream 720p30 without fully utilizing my entire computer, even with GPU Encoding. It is really annoying that this is happening, I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing was changed. I reverted to an older version that had previously worked but no longer does.
Could it be GPU Drivers? It's the last thing I have to check, but I do remember having issues in a lot of games and HW Accelerated applications ever since downloading the bloatware 4xx series drivers that is made for RTX cards.
For the record: I posted here on the forums because your support never responds to my emails "urgently" or in a timely manner. It took 10 days to receive a response to a technical question in regards to using different anti-aliasing algorithms.
