Hello,

i was recording gameplys and suddenly the program stops. 2 hours with a gameplay and the software stopped the record, the file was corrupted and irrecoverable.

It happened 2 times in 2 days, this is embarrassing that these things happens in your best gameplays software.

My setup:

I7-4790 / GeForce RTX 2070 / Windows 10 / SSD 120 GB (Windows) / SSD 500GB (gameplays) / 16GB RAM

Did the issue occure for AVI or MP4 recording?

MP4.

Yesterday i tried again and the program did not crash, but i only used it 45 minutes. Maybe it was a coincidence but what i know is that 2 days ago the software stopped recording when i did not type any command, it stopped by itself.

Now it looks work fine but i don't know if this problem will happen again if i do long length gameplays.
