Transfer Steam license to standalone

Hello,
I bought Action! on Steam awhile ago and sometimes it's become a little annoying having to launch Steam to use Action!. And I think Steam DRM also affect the performance (?).
Is it possible to transfer my Steam license into standalone/non-Steam version?
