Need help!

So after recording several videos for YouTube, I'll usually export them from AVI to MP4, except when exporting these videos, Action! willl usually crash. I have seen that the chance to crash is completely random and is getting pretty annoying when I have to restart entire playthroughs because one part is missing. Is there a way to stop the program from crashing when exporting a video?
