[HELP] C922 doesn't rec

Hello !
I'am French and I'm going to try to explain my problem :
I have check "webcam", my "c922 Pro Stream Webcam" is detected, but, it doesn't rec. When i chose the PC webcam it's ok, but with this camera, i can't see the image of the "c922 Webcam". Can someone help me please ? :/
