Hi, i buyed a Elgato HD60s to record PS4 gameplays but when i try to select this device in Action they show the option but i cant select this, i tryed a lot of things but nothing change, someone have a idea?

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Card capture: Elgato hd60 s

Befor I install new windows I can use.

same here I uninstalled Elgato but it still doesn't work I've tried everything any idea what to do?
