Cannot change active window or recording folder in while game mode has a window selected

Hello,
I am using Capture mode "Game" as it is better for me since Screen kept changing screen so changing to screen mode is not an option for me.
The issue is that once the "Game" has been detected, you can no longer change the recording folder nor can you change the program being recorded.
I tried all the different hotkey that i could find on the program and nothing worked.
Issue 1: recording folder
- It should not be locked until you record. you should be able to change the location of your recordings.
Issue 2: Cannot change the window it captures.
- When you have a launcher, it sometimes selects that launcher and then it cannot select the game as it has selected the launcher, you then need to close Action and reopen it to then click the correct window for it to detect properly the thing you want to record.
