Lags in record

Hello, I bought Action! recently and I'm having a problem with records I have made.
In game while I'm recording there's no issue with lags. Everything runs smooth at 60fps even the HUD showing that. But when I want to check my record it has lags but it lags only once after some time for about 1 sec and then it goes again smoothly, after some time (1-2mins) same lag.
I tried to lower settings, change MP4 to AVI or lower graphics details in the game but nothing seems to help. Could you help me please?
