Action does not work

So after I clicked on Action! icon, the main software didn’t show up. The
only thing I saw was Action! loading logo with “Loading modules...” on it,
and it suddenly disappeared. But I saw some Action! program running in the
background. I reinstalled it and rebooted my PC but it didn’t work. I have
checked my graphics card drivers version is the latest one.

I ran dxdiag and the result is attached

Download these NVidia drivers: https://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER056298 ... 45_A17.EXE

Start installation, and select custom installation. Uncheck all components leaving only basic graphics driver. Select "perform a clean installation" option.
Install drivers, restart PC and see if that works.
