The FIle Action.exe needs to not be running in order to install.

Hello, so I recently tried to install action on my new PC. When I tried to install I was greeted by this.

It means that Action.exe is running. Close Action or open task manager and close Action.exe process.

Would this video help you see what I mean? I've tried to close action already and it wouldn't budge. I even went as far as restarting, uninstalling action to reinstall, and getting a new setup 5 times already.

Open task manager and go to Details tab. There should be Action.exe process. Close it and install new version.
