Problem Of Last Update

Mon Jan 13, 2020 12:55 pm

When I press "F9" or Stop Rec Button, the software Freezes, crashs and restarts. When it gets opened again, the recorded file couldnt be opened or is corrupted (only happened in mp4, I havent tested it in other). Please help me fix this issue.

Action! Keeps crashing when I stop recording

Tue Jan 14, 2020 4:54 am

Everytime I stop recording it crashes and open up again, recording in AVI files works fine, just on MP4, at least when Action! opens up again the recording is saved.

I already updated my CPU drivers, what's my problem?

Please provide us your PC DxDiag report. It will help us investigate your problem.
To run a dxdiag report follow the steps below:

If you are running Windows Vista or higher go to your task bar.
Click on, "Start Button".
Click on, "Run".
In the pop-up window enter dxdiag and hit ok.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click on, "Save all information tab".
"Save As" window should be present.
Click on, "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag)
Close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

For Some Reasons, I cant attach "dxdiag.txt". Something pops up saying 'Invaid File Extension : DxDiag.txt'.

Here is the google drive link for the "dxdiag.txt".

Update Action! to version 4.0.4 and see if the issue persists.
