Codec fail since Action last Update, pls help

Since the last update, all the program fail, if i try to record on twitch turn black windows.. if i set in original format (video) can see but video stop each 0:22 segs and cut the video all time.
if i save on pc.. them cant see cause request codec --
i install HEVC. and now all the video has the colors full brillant linke 356 colors or same..

really terrible, i try to fix but imposible .. >_<
I reinstall several times codecs.. the action mirillis program.. but nothing change.
