hello, i'm french sorry for the mistakes.
here is my problem: I am switching to a WQHD panel (ASUS XG35V)
so 3440x1440 in 9/21! and since all the recording that I do we have stuttering. I play world of tanks 100 Hz constant, G-SYNC (free-sync compatible) ON, perfect fluidity on the screen but once read with vlc or the action player it is a disaster.

I watch frame by frame with premiere pro and its does not come from the player, the video is really like its, I look for hours without found can someone help me?

I had no problem with full hd. maybe 9/21 which is the cause of the problem, all the record programs have this problem more or less important, action is the one that has the least stuttering. I tried with a more powerful GPU: GTX 1070 -> AMD rx 5700 xt OC version. and no difference
