FPS blocked 30 with Wolfenstein 2

Hi everyone,
why with the game, wolfenstein 2 the new colossus, the FPS are blocked at 30?
If I start the program, Nvidia Geforce Experience, I have 120 FPS.
My system info
Ryzen 7 2700, RTX 2060, Windows 10
