Videos too dark without Hardware Acceleration

Video Card: GTX 1070
Memory: 16 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Game Problem: Every Game
Video Type: AVI

So.. i got this strange problem, where my video is too dark in recording. It is really, really dark. But this problem only occurs, if i record with AVI or only MP4. If i got MP4 + Hardware Acceleration to NVIDIA NVENC everything works fine, but i need AVI, because quality is absolutly important in my case.

Can someone help me? I got this problem like.. i don't know, 3 years ago with Action! too, then it got away somehow and now it is there again. I really need this fixxed. I didn't do anything in the last couple of day, but it still worked 2 days ago (and yes, im absolutly sure that i didn't do anything related to drivers or anything else). I downloaded just now every update for my drivers and still: Dark as hell.

Any tips? Didn't find ANY fix in the internet. Everyone just says that "you should use a Video Ed-" hell no, thats not a fix in 1000 years.

Details about recording settings
Does problem occur for every game or only for a 1 title or a few?
Does problem occurs when recording to lower resolution (480p)?
Does it occurs when recording in lower fps (30p)?
Does it occur when recording Windows desktop?
Which Action! version do you use?
