Action! and ElGato hd60 pro (instant view is not working)

Hi! I'm using Action! software to record my PC gameplays, I really like it! So, I decided to replace the Elgato software, which I use to record PS4 gameplays, by Action!. However, the first issue that has raisen up is that I'm not able to see my console through Action! software with no delay (instant view). That's critical for me conce I only use one monitor and I play the PS4 game on the same monitor where I use the recording software.

You mean there is a lag on a preview? This lag is on a device.

Hi there! yes it is a delay! however I've the no delay version of device (hd60 PRO pci express version). What's more i have not delay on OBS or Elgato recording propertary software... Only on Action!
