The prblem is mirillisactionvulkanlayer.dll
The error occurs when I install the latest update, try both ways with Avast Premiere on and off.

Any solution?

Restart your PC, disable Avast and update then.

SOLVED: Uninstall Avast Premiere, and working all.

Update no Install
