Problem Description
Game/App Problem: Amazon Prime Video
Error Type: Corrupt Video (MP4 file with only green screen and audio only)
Video Editor: Nero Video 2018
Description: Can't record in MP4 since 3/11/2020 update

Ever since the 3/11/2020 update, I can't record any video in MP4, only in AVI. It was working fine prior to the update. I've tried installing K-Lite Codec Pack but that doesn't fix the problem and I've uninstalled and reinstalled Action! and the problem still persists. How do I fix this?

For reasons I can't understand, I can't record ANY video in MP4 since the 3/11/2020 (4.2.0) update. Prior to that, it was working fine but when I updated on 3/13/2020 it stopped working. I'm getting a green screen for the video and can only hear the audio. Now I can record in AVI, but that results in huge (30+ GB) videos and that's just too much for my 930 GB hard drive. I can (and did, the last time I recorded in MP4) use another software program to "recode" and drastically reduce the size of the video, but I shouldn't have to do that after every recording. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that hasn't fixed the problem. What's going on here and how do I fix this?

Hello,
please provide us your PC DxDiag report. It will help us investigate your problem.
To run a dxdiag report follow the steps below:

If you are running Windows Vista or higher go to your task bar.
Click on, "Start Button".
Click on, "Run".
In the pop-up window enter dxdiag and hit ok.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click on, "Save all information tab".
"Save As" window should be present.
Click on, "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag)
Close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

Attach generated txt file to your reply.

Nope. Didn't fix it. Still getting green video screen.

Install version 3.10.2 of Action! and see if it works: http://download.mirillis.com/files/acti ... _setup.exe

Still the same. I used Action! on Windows 7 for years with no problem. Also, I bought it on Steam; I can't enter a key for an older version (apparently)
