BIG Problem

Hi guys

I'm having serious problems recording my gameplay using Action (ver 4.3.0 but same with older versions).

First thing first, PC specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3600
GPU: AMD 5700 XT (Driver 20.3.1 but same with others)
16 GB RAM
Updated Windows 10.

When I am NOT recording I can play Apex Legends at 2K and almost every setting on ULTRA and I still have 144 FPS.
When I am recording my game is unplayable. Even at 1080p and everything set to LOW I can't get 100 FPS and my game feels laggy.

I tried setting "normal priority" to Action.exe in my task manager but nothing changed.

Can you please hel me?
