Unable to Record in .MP4 only in AVI.

Hello, I have been using Mirillis Action! for years now and never had this problem. I saw a bunch of old posts having this issue however none from this year. I did however update all my drivers like those post said to do however still same problem. I reinstalled Action! and it's on version 4.4.0 but same problem. Any advice? Everything is updated. Not sure what could be causing this. Only able to record in .AVI but not .MP4.
