I'm using Action version 4.4.0.0. I can either only record sound from the game I'm playing or sound from my microphone. How do I record both at once? (When I set it to system default it only records computer audio) https://gyazo.com/1b12c08e45ac81b366ed70744883b326

If you want to record video with system sounds and microphone then enable both Primary and Secondary Sound Device options from Video Recording tab.
