Just like the topic said, it's crashing on startup. When I try to open it, an incomplete version of the UI appears for about 10 seconds before it just completely dies. I tried the uninstall thing from the FAQ on 4.5 and it didn't work, and I'm about to try it again on 4.6, but my expectations aren't very high. Running Windows 10 with a RX 590 (with up-to-date drivers) and Ryzen 2600X.

Something that I noticed is that 2 instances of action_svc.exe open whenever I try to open Action!, and they stick around indefinitely after the crash.

please provide us your PC DxDiag report. It will help us investigate your problem.
To run a dxdiag report follow the steps below:

If you are running Windows Vista or higher go to your task bar.
Click on, "Start Button".
Click on, "Run".
In the pop-up window enter dxdiag and hit ok.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click on, "Save all information tab".
"Save As" window should be present.
Click on, "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag)
Close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

No dice. I've already uninstalled, deleted the registry key, restarted, and reinstalled to no avail. I also uploaded a video to show what my problem is visually: https://youtu.be/HdTEa-3FH6Y

Are you using some sort of software that customize your taskbar and other windows layout?
If yes then it may be the reason. Try disabling this software and see if Action! works.

Yep, I just happened to chance upon that revelation yesterday. Turns out Window Blinds doesn't play well with Action at all. Dang.

3.10.2 is working now though, gonna try 4.6 again.
