I cannot line up my webcam overlay on the webcam square.

O.k so I am trying to record my webcam and want to add an overlay. A decorative box around the webcam in the corner. I cannot however find the right size to make it so it lines up around the webcam spot. It is driving me absolutely crazy to the point I want to buy other software and feel I wasted my money. I even paid to have a decorative overlay made and cannot use it. What size it the proper size camera and overlay to use up in the corner. None of the options even look like what other gamers use. Please help I am at my whits end trying this.
