Hello,
i would like to ask to tell me how to activate the "Hardware acceleration (Webcam)" under settings -> videos tab when i click it then it says "Not avalible" i have action! 4.9 and a logitech Brio webcam , i am a little surpriced that when i start the Recorder i can klick ist , then its grayed out till i restart the Action Recorder ... i have a Nvidia Gforce STRIX-GTX 1060OC from Asus and intel processor I7-5960x running windows 10
do i have to Trick here something ? i would like to use the hardware acceleration ... please tell me what i have made wrong or how to fix this

thanks for your answer, that surprice me a little bit, is there something i can do to fix that because i belive my PC should support it, but what could it be , something in the BIOS settings maybe ? I have connected the Camera on a USB 3.0 port for example my Board is a Asus Rampage V Extreeme , 64 GB Ram , what could be missing ....

I mean no stress because of this i still can record all i want but sometimes Webcam and my External mic gets a little out of syc when longer recordins are made ... this is why i found the Hardware acceleration for the webcam and it didnt work ... maybe someone have any idea what it could be ... i check my bios settings again lets see maybe there is a usb configuration or somthing ... no idea ....

Understand, with this i can now close my search here, when a required feature is missing then i cant find it , ok anyway i am happy with the program and all works i was only surprised I cant Activate this feature , thanks for yor Answer ... then we are done here
