Doom Eternal blocked

Hey,
i wanted to report that Mirillis Action! is potentially blocking Doom Eternal from launching, after their latest Game Update #2. Hundreds of People in the Steam Forums are reporting, that their Game does not launch anymore, including mine. Deinstalling Action actually fixed the issue and it launches again. But Action! is not running... are the Vulkan files somehow running all the time? The Game had Problems before with accepting Overlays, i even created a thread for that after the Games Release and you already Patched it. But now the Game does not launch with Action installed. Maybe you can check it out!
What happens: The idtechlauncher.exe is starting, then it stays in the Tray and freezes. I tried removing the Vulkan Folders out of the Action installation just for testing, but then the idtechlauncher.exe was not starting at all. Something is definitely going on here.
