Why my Action! never check for updates ?

The option "Automatically check for updates" is enable, but it never gives me any update automatically, not even a notification, i have to go on "About" then "Check for updates" to see if there is a new update, then i have to go to the website in order to manually download the latest version to update.

UPDATE: from the version 4.10.2 forward now shows a warning on the home screen telling that there is a new update available, and with a update button that downloads and start the installation process.

Yes we know about this problem but cannot reproduce it in out labs
