Unable to record in MP4 (green screen in video)

Hello, this problem happens usually when I record more than one video without closing and reopening Action. Recordings are green, with audio, but file size is significantly lower.
In this example I have opened Action, opened the game, recorded 2 videos ingame, restarted the game, and on third video it went green screen.
As you can see, the file sizes of 3 files are huge different.
Action is updated to 4.10.2, and my rig is good AMD 3950x, 64Gb Ram, GTX1080, SSD's PCIe4, etc...
This is an old problem, even with old hardware I had. If this continues I cant trust Action anymore to do recordings... I just lost a epic recording and money with this green screen...
Any help avaiable?
