Damaged mp4

I was recording a long video gameplay of 1hour, the game crashed and so once finished, I clicked stop on action and waited almost 1 day but nothing has been repaired.
Now the video still there but i can't do anything with it, what to do ?

Remove the file with the "recovered" suffix. Then open Action! again and gie it some time to recover your recording.
