Hi,
After the action startup screen gets to "loading modules," it disappears, and then my computer freezes. I can see my mouse cursor moving, but I can't click on anything, so I have to force shutdown and restart. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Press Windows key + R to open "Run" window.
Type msinfo32 and click OK to open System Information.
Now click File -> Save. Save the file on your desktop, this can take a while.
