Issues with Audio during Screen Recording

I am looking for help with Action, I just recently bought the program and I still don't entirely understand everything about it, so I am looking for someone who might be able to give me some advice. When I try to record, for one reason or another the audio I record is never everything I am trying to capture. For example, I have 3 sources I want the audio to record from, my own personal Mic which I am able to handle just find, a Discord call, and the actual game we are all playing. For one reason or another, I have to choose between the Last 2? I can record myself and discord, or myself and the game, but never both? Is there any sort of setting that allows Action to record whatever audio the computer is making?
