Screencapture snapshot issue! (Very vexing)

Hello, I have a very vexing issue which I can't ignore any longer and I was hoping that someone can help me with this issue.
Whenever I take a snapshot either in "Screen" mode or "Area" mode, Action! seems to duplicate the snapshot twice, the original which takes the frame of what I actually want and the second duplicate is of a full screen snapshot which includes the full frame of my entire monitor which is not what I want.
It is very annoying to have to keep deleting the second duplicate snapshot every time I take a picture and I was wondering if there is any where in the settings which I can configure or change to prevent this from happening?

In the picture you can see that I am using "Area" mode to take a snapshot of a small area of my screen, and the other picture is the duplicate that snapshots my entire monitor screen which is not what I want.
