Action won't turn on

Today I tried to shoot a video and noticed the problem. Action booted up showed the same loading screen but wouldn't turn on. Reinstall did not help, only what is shown in the picture in the task manager.

Hello.

Press Windows key + R to open "Run" window.
Type msinfo32 and click OK to open System Information.
Now click File -> Save. Save the file on your desktop, this can take a while.
Attach generated file to your reply.
