Sporadically get a action_x86.bin runtime error while recording my games.
win10 x64 latest nvidia drivers
no dumps in crash folder created
reinstall didn't solve an issue

what it could be? i guess visual c++ library but i always let programs to install them if needed

Press Windows key + R to open "Run" window.
Type msinfo32 and click OK to open System Information.
Now click File -> Save. Save the file on your desktop, this can take a while.
Attach generated file to your reply.

later yesterday got an other crash but with action_x64.bin and module msvcr90.dll which is probably part of visual c+ 2008 librarys

Try disabling wallpaper engine and see if that helps.
