Action streaming problem

While the program is broadcasting, it stops broadcasting and starts recording, sometimes the broadcast stops and starts back, I have tried with different servers. Can you help me?

Either you are using wrong encoder settings or ou have connection problems.
Provide us screenshot from LIVE tab.

There is no problem in my internet, I broadcast from obs,It stops broadcasting and starts video recording it's ridiculous
5 mb upload 3k bitrate I can export 4000 bitrate from obs, I've seen a few other issues with this problem and their internet was much better than me

Set bitrate to 4.500 Mbps and see if that helps.
