Action! and Driver San Francisco (INVESTIGATING)

I got Driver San Francisco today.
Tested right away to record the game with Action! and tested out the gameplay recording and there is NO sound
Please fix this, I don't want to start using Fraps again.

Do you experience this problem only with Driver SF game,
can you record other games without this problem?

Do you use microphone recording or your microphone setting is "do not record"?
