Device Mode isn't working

Hi hello, so I noticed that Action! has updated a couple times this month already but I am still stuck with a problem. So Action! can recognize that there is a capture device connected the GL310. Unfortunately when I go to preview in Device Mode it is just a black screen, no audio and no video. I was wondering if it could be some error in the Action! file.

Recently this bug has been fixed. Please make sure to use the latest Action! version.

I checked and it’s running on the latest version, 4.13.1. But Device Mode isn’t working still.
