Action is stuck on the splashscreen for a long time - loading modules

Sat Nov 28, 2020 7:57 am

Hello, as the title says, I can't start Action very fast. every time I start it, it stays in the loading module for maybe more than 20 minutes. I can see the FPS counter at the top right, but I can't click on anything. The splash screen is always at the top, covering all the actions that follow. I can stop it via Steam, but it also takes several minutes to stop. Otherwise I have to restart the computer to get rid of it.

I've seen a similar post here. I tried uninstalling it, downloading the last version, and reinstalling it. Same result.
This is a screenshot of the startup screen. https://ibb.co/hmv2DFp

This is the DxDiag ,I've seen that you request that.

Please uninstall NVidia Broadcast and see if that helps.

OK, I uninstalled RTX and it loaded OK. So is this an Action compatibility issue or an RTX issue?

Press Windows key + R to open "Run" window.
Type msinfo32 and click OK to open System Information.
Now click File -> Save. Save the file on your desktop, this can take a while.
Attach generated file to your reply.
