quality of videos

I had a problem with changing the quality of videos recording in mp4 and avi I can't get good quality videos if I change the quality to 1080p, 1440p, or 2160p or lower, I wasn't able to film those quality videos because it would look bad. But when i put the quality to original it was completely fine.
