Action. Microfon recording problem

I changed a computer that cost £ 500 to a computer that cost £ 3000, ryzen 95900, rx6800xt. win system 10 64bit booting from the old one, everything worked there. now action does not record the microphone, also from a separate soundtrack, the acceptance of the microphone from the system for the Action app is on, the settings are checked several times, re-installed and still does not work, I wrote to the support but they only provide basic information about the settings that I have really set. any ideas to help? I will add that other programs such as OBS, Radeon Relive, Audacity record the microphone normally auction only system sound

Make sure to enable Secondary Sound Device (Microphone) option. Open Microphone setitngs and set recording mode to "Always record" and disable "Record microphone into separate audio track" option. You can turn off Noise reduction.
In microphone privacy settings allow apps and desktop apps to access your microphone.

You answered me like Action support, do you really think I'm 5 years old? maybe I'm not an IT specialist, but if I can build a pc for 3k £, I rather know such things as the basics of audio settings. and i even tried a different microphone and it doesn't work. other programs even work with Webcam Mic.
