Recording World of Tanks

I have concerns with recording World of Tanks games, in particular since last updates:
- If World f Tanks is full screen: no record at all
- If World of tanks is in window display: Record is only a black screen without the sound record.

Previously, I had smaller concerns, because the sound record was usually shifted 0.7 seconds late compared to the video record. I never found a solution (avi record instead of mp4, tried without success, etc.)

I have no concerns with other games, such as Naval Action, Rise of Flight or War on the Sea.

What is your GPU specifiaction/model? It it a laptop with AMD Switchable Graphics???
