Problems with the (4.16.1) Action! update, help

Hello to begin English is not my first language so bear with me. I have had no problems since buying Action! but since I updated to the latest version (4.16.1) I have had problems. The problem is the following: I run the program, once in the menu my screen starts to go black for a second or two and comes back. It continues like this unless you close the program. (I must clarify that when the computer is in this state I cannot record). If I leave the program running for a while with those screen blinking blackouts they eventually stop, but I notice in the lower left corner that in the status it does not show me the name of my graphics card (which is what it always shows) it shows me something called "Microsoft Basic Render Driver ", I also notice how the task bar changes its color a little (black to blue-ish) which makes me think that the problem is related to the graphics card. After that I close the program and restart my pc to get back the normal color of my screen. Again I have to say that I updated recently and the program worked for me with the version I had before. Is there any way to download an older version to see if the problem is solved? Because the program worked wonders for me before updating, I don't remember what version I had, but I think it was (4.15.0). Thanks in advance, regards.
