hi how are you. I been using action a little over a month.

Yesterday when i updated the adrenaline to 21.4.1 after the reset. Windows decided to update too. I have been avoiding that update.

After that every time i try to record with HDR on. Action crashes after pressing stop. The video gets corrupted.
I try in different modes as game, screen window. All of them crashes.
The settings still the same.

I try uninstalling it and installing it. That didn't work.

I have a 5700xt and a 3600xt also 32GB of ram Windows 64bit

Is there a fix for this

Hello.

Press Windows key + R to open "Run" window.
Type msinfo32 and click OK to open System Information.
Now click File -> Save. Save the file on your desktop, this can take a while.
Attach generated file to your reply.

hi i been trying to attached the generated file . but is a .nfo extension , it says error when I try to upload it

is there another way to send you the the report.

is that safe I looked over . that has all the info on my system,

Actually it won't be needed. We have found the issue. It is not the windows update but drivers update that cause this. Problem will be fixed with next release.

why I couldn't attach the nfo file ?

Hey I know this is 2 years late but I’m having the same issue I haven’t used Action in 2-3 years and now after I stop recording (to test out a new microphone) it just freezes and ends up asking me in end process (it doesn’t respond)

What’s the issue?
