Low FPS when Recording

Hi there I bought Action one year ago and used it for like 4months without any major performance inpact in game slike COD MW. Bakc in december I upgraded my CPU from a Ryzen 7 3700x to a Ryzen 9 5900x. Yesterday I wanted to try out Action again and realised that my FPS in COD MW drop from 120-160 (when not recording/using timeshift) to about 40-60 when recording/useing timeshift. Im using the same encoder (NVENC) as I was using a few months ago and the GPU is also the same so I genuinely have no idea why my FPS drop by that much.

Hey there, Im sorry for the delayed response.
I tried it in COD MW 2019, Black Ops Cold War and I just tried the FPS benchmark in CSGO with and without recording (
Average framerate: 487.25 w/o recording and Average framerate: 361.03 while recording) So I guess it affects all games.
I attached the dxdiag.txt.
