Stream video files split into multiple files

Hello,
Normally I do 6 hours, 12 hours, and 24-hour races, which I stream and then save onto my PC.
Action stops streaming after around 4 hours/11GB and saves the file. It starts recording again, but sometimes it happens on important moments I would like to look back on.
I have normally around 300-400GB left on both of my SSD's, so storage is not an issue.
Although I would like to mention that these long streams aren't frequent, I would find it understandable if this is overlooked.
How can I fix this? Or is it not fixable?
