Unable to authorize streaming services due to window size being locked

I cannot authorize any streaming services because the window that opens is too small. I can't access the "Authorize" button.

Hello. Right click on your desktop and select Display Settings. Change the UI size to 100%, that should help.

My UI settings are at 100% by default.
I was able to link my account by pressing enter but I still cannot see the authorize button.
