Game Mode causes crash logs when exiting Game.

I noticed that when I play Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered that Windows creates a crash log when I exit the game with Action on Game Mode, it doesn't happen when it's on Screen, Window or Area Mode. I tried launching the game then after that launch Action to see if a delayed Game Mode hook would fix it but it didn't

What happens when you close Action! before exiting the game?

Is the game running in borderless windowed mode or fullscreen exclusive?
Is the audio captured using "standard" System Default mode or Selected application?

Ok so two things I tried:
1. Action! Running -> Game Running -> Close Action! -> Close Game = Crash Log Dumped.
2. Action! Not Running -> Game Running -> Action! Running -> Close Action! -> Close Game = Crash Log Dumped.
So it seems like as soon as Action! hooks onto the game a Crash Log is Dumped once the Game is exited.

Game is running Windowed Mode.
Audio Captured is System Default.
Tested it with running the Game Fullscreen/Exclusive, same result. Disabled Steam and Origin Overlay, same result.
