And there is no sound if you select Avermedia GC550 Video Capture device under Primary Sound Device?
Which device are you capturing: console or other PC?

this is console and i choose pramiry sound GC550 and there is no sound but i know the sound works because i tested with bandicam but i dont want to use bandicam so i dont know what i'm doing wrong or maybe its not supported?
