Entry-level camera with HDR support for streaming?

Hi all,
I am researching currently on which camera to acquire, so I can set up HDR streaming using Action! .
As my budget is not huge, I am looking for an entry level camera (for the category ) which will render acceptable quality and have 4k, HDR.
Which models are you using with Action! to do your stuff?
