App freezing on Live Stream (stress test)

Hi,
I work at a company that provides an all-in-one video hossting and live streaming solution for people.
I have been using your app to take screenshots for support, and also to test recording videos and live streams.
My ISP upload is not stellar, but I find that provides an ideal testing ground in the real world.
In the version 4.20.3, I am having app freezes when live streaming.
My upstream is16 Mbps, so I try to use very low settings, since I am just testing: I use NVENC at 480p, 30fps, with <1Mbps bitrate.
The stream can survive a couple hiccups, but after 2-3 reconnects, the app does not send information anymore, and if I press STOP to end transmitting, the app freezes and must be killed with Task Manager.
