The Bard's Tale IV and TimeShift

Hi,
TimeShift works in other games i tested whether it being DX11 Warframe or DX9 Dishonored, but for some reason in The Bard's Tale IV it will not save file to mp4 but leave it in this format (/Video is my TimeShift output folder btw.) :

Last file is a video file that I can play by dragging it onto my Video Player window.

Hello. Could you please send us those 3 files so we can test something? Will you be able to upload those files on Dropbox or Google Drive?

Well we managed to restore your recording.Your files are fine. I am not sure why you have this issue in this game because it makes no difference for timeshift muxer.

To further test this issue I tried recreating this problem with my anti-malware soultion uninstalled along with uninstalled firewall - to no avail. Changing coder (Hardware acceleration) from NVENC HEVC to NVENC as well as setting up temp folder for timeshift on my SSD drive granted no positive result.
I'm glad you were able to pace my test recording together - let's hope it will bring us closer to finding real solution.
If I can provide some additional data either by mem dumps or some kind of debug log enabled Action! i will be happy to,

Did - by chance - you managed to get audio working with my tmp video? When i try to play it on PotPlayer i get no audio and application reports no audio track in file:
